- Install Ehsaas Rashan Riauay App from Google Play Store.
- After installing, open the app and choose your preferred language between the options of English/Urdu.
- After proceeding, the app will ask for permission to access your device’s location. Press ‘Allow’ and turn on your GPS to let the app know your location.
- If you are a new member, press the ‘register’ icon. But, if you are an existing member, log in with your credentials.
- If you are registering, proceed to the next after accepting the Terms and Conditions.
- To sign up, you need to enter your 14-digit CNIC number and an 11-digit Mobile number.
- After entering your mobile number, you will receive a 6-digit code as an SMS on your mobile phone.
- Enter that 6-digit PIN code on the screen. After that, you will be taken to a new screen to choose a 4-digit Passcode.
- After setting your passcode, you are good to log in to your account.
- Go to the login page and enter your CNIC number and 4-digit password and log in.
- Then you will go to a dashboard that will provide you with a list of subsidised household items. Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
